Nutritional Therapy with
Sara Russell, Ph.D., FNTP
Most people start by setting up a time for a complimentary 15-minute discovery call. During this exploratory session, we talk about how we can work together to reach your goals. At that time, you are welcome to ask questions about my approach and experience.

Think of your nutritional therapy journey in three-month increments.
Once we’ve spoken about your case and mutually decide to move forward, I will suggest a framework for meeting frequency and structure based on your needs and my availability. My work is structured in three-month plans because, after years in clinical practice, that is what I see working best to help build new habits that bring in results.
When you work with me, you’ll receive the benefits of my extensive clinical experience, vast knowledge, common sense, and emotional intelligence. You benefit from my passion for new learning and my ability to examine the details while keeping an eye on the big picture. I’ve always had an excellent ability to see and make connections between things that might seem unrelated but aren’t.
I keep my practice small because I prize work/life balance and have a need for the time to develop my own passions and work on my creative projects while running my homestead and raising my son. This means that I have the headspace and passion for each and every case that I agree to take on, without allowing myself to get overstretched.
My nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement suggestions are clear and thorough, grounded in the latest evidence-based research and in clinical practice, and are crafted with an eye to the practical aspects of your daily life.
