1:1 Private Consultations
I started my nutrition practice in 2013, with the goal of helping others connect with food as a tool of love and healing.
Hi, I'm Sara!
My passion is to catalyze healing through evidence-based research & meaningful connections with ourselves, others, and nature.
I changed my career direction to nutrition when my now-teenaged son was a baby. Motherhood grounded the importance of nutrition and connection in my life, and made me exquisitely aware of what it means to navigate complex health.
Whether I’m working with clients or clinicians, my goal is to help people restore their highest state of health, no matter how complex their current issues seem to be. Specializing in autoimmune conditions, hypermobility, gut dysfunction, and mood dysregulation, I bring together my passion for scientific analysis, my emotional intelligence, and my intuition to find the best solution to difficult problems.
This integrative lens is particularly essential in reproductive health. Navigating fertility and pregnancy with complex health conditions requires a deeply individualized approach. We look at male and female preconception factors, support maternal health throughout pregnancy and lactation, and ensure that each baby gets the vibrant start they deserve.
